A DAY IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY

A Day in food technology lab starts by wearing lab coat ,head cover and lab boots before entering the lab which we think is a good initiative for clean production. .They tried to speak in english with us .We saw many machines present in the lab . Mr. Martin helped us in that and explained the working of different machines. This lab is full of different machines and knowledge. WORKING IN THE LAB STARTS FROM 8:10 A.M. TILL 12:30 P.M. and then in afternoon from 1:30 p.m. till  5:30 p.m. Many…Plus
